OUR STORY

Cobram Barooga Business and Tourism Inc is a volunteer community group that aims to support a strong, competitive and livable Cobram Barooga community through facilitating or directly delivering a number of programs that drive economic activity, grow tourism and celebrate community.

 For over 20 years CBBT, has delivered programs and events like the hugely successful Easter River Beaches Festival, Why Leave Town - Local Shopping Program, Jobs and Tourism through Events, Business Connection and Networking and advocating on behalf of our town with Government and other stakeholders.

Continuing to grow a strong membership base is the key to the success of CBBT. Having a group that is genuinely representative of the local business and tourism sectors means through strength of numbers our voice will be heard when important decisions are being made that effect our region and towns.

An active, innovative and progressive network will also provide opportunities for us to learn from each other, promote our businesses and services to each other and develop our collective skills.
